Paddlefest Exhibitors

There are booth spaces available for exhibitors with content related to the following topics:
  • Paddlesports
  • Conservation/St. Joseph River
  • Youth
  • Family
  • Adventure
  • Outdoor Activities

The Exhibitor's Area is a very large grassy field. Each exhibitor is solely responsible for setup, dismantling, and cleanup of their display area. We do not provide any tables, signs, skirting, etc. This event will take place in rain or shine, so come prepared in case of inclement weather.

Please arrive early on the day of the event to set up between 7 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. EDT.

    You must complete the following tasks.

  1. New this year: For-profit exhibitors who are not Paddlefest sponsors will have booth-, sign-, and banner- sizes and locations limited. Contact us for more information regarding details.
  2. If you will be selling any products, you must receive prior approval from the St. Joseph County Parks Department. The parks department charges $50 per profit organization, $25 per non-profit organization. This fee and park approval applies only to those selling products and services. Vendors must contact Brooke Artley (574) 277-4828 for explicit approval.

  3. All exhibitors and vendors must submit the Exhibitor's Form before June 22, 2008. We request that you submit your information as early as possible.
